1-2-1 Support
I deliver 121 coaching sessions in your home (depending where you live) or on zoom. We discuss your goals, then work out, together which areas to work on first and decide together exactly how, when and what you can do to implement them.
For some of my clients it’s weight management. Others may need help maintaining their health while living with a chronic illness such as arthritis, or high blood pressure.
I help many ladies who are peri menopausal or menopausal who might be experiencing any of the 54 symptoms of menopause including low mood, hot flushes, brain fog, lack of sleep, menopausal weight gain … the list seems endless, but with the right knowledge and support it is easier than you think.
Some just have a stand alone session, some a block of 3, 5, or 10.
Some see me every 2 weeks for some time, some once a month, it’s really individual.
For example a 5 session block could mean 12-16weeks of support.
It’s my job to help cut through any confusion, as I provide only evidence based education and advice, along side behavioural change techniques to ensure long term adherence.
Together we find the answers that are specific and bespoke to your set of circumstances.
